Orders placed before 2pm leave the same working day, every parcel is tracked end to end, and the gel ships as a standard sealed applicator rather than restricted goods — so there is nothing special you need to arrange at your end.

All prices and checkout totals are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Cards and wallets convert automatically at your bank's rate, and most show the local amount before you confirm. Orders shipped outside the UK may attract local import VAT or duty set by your own country and collected by the carrier — our prices do not include those charges.

- Do you ship pest gel outside the UK?
- Yes. We dispatch worldwide from our UK facility. Europe is a £9.95 flat rate arriving in 3–5 working days, and the rest of the world is £14.95 arriving in 5–10 working days. UK delivery is free.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- Prices and checkout are in pounds sterling (GBP). Your bank converts to your local currency at its own rate, and most cards and wallets show you the converted amount before you confirm.
- Will I pay customs duty or import VAT?
- Orders outside the UK may attract local import VAT or duty, which is set by your own country and collected by the carrier on delivery. Our prices exclude these charges. Most single-kit orders fall under low-value thresholds in the EU and elsewhere.
- Is the gel allowed to be shipped by air?
- Yes. The gel is a non-aerosol, non-flammable bait in a sealed syringe applicator, so it ships as a standard tracked parcel rather than as restricted goods.
- What if my international parcel is delayed or lost?
- Every international order is tracked end to end. If tracking stalls for more than 7 working days, email info@pesttechcenter.com with your order number and we will replace or refund the order.
- Do the instructions work outside the UK?
- Yes. Every kit includes the same English placement blueprint, and the baiting method applies to German and Oriental cockroaches and to common household ant species worldwide.
