1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pest Tech Gel website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order or browsing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm UK time are dispatched the same working day. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
5. 30-Day Colony Elimination Guarantee
If you follow the included placement blueprint for 30 days and pest activity has not stopped, contact us with a photo of your placements. We will offer a full refund or a replacement kit at no extra cost. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser and does not cover misuse, application contrary to the instructions, or re-infestation from an external source after treatment.
6. Returns and Refunds
Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless covered by the 30-day guarantee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
7. Subscribe & Save
Subscription orders save 20% and ship on a six-month cycle. You may skip, reschedule or cancel at any time from the link in your order confirmation email. Cancellation must be made before the next scheduled shipment is processed.
8. Product Use and Safety
Our gel bait must be used in accordance with the label and placement guide. It is designed for use in domestic and light commercial environments. Keep out of reach of children and pets. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by Pest Tech Gel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the products in question, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
