Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

30-Day Colony Elimination Guarantee

We guarantee that Pest Tech Gel will stop pest activity when used as directed with the included placement blueprint for 30 days. If activity has not stopped after 30 days of correct use, contact us with a photo of your placements and we will either refund you in full or send a replacement kit — your choice.

No return shipping is required for guarantee claims. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and does not cover misuse, application contrary to instructions, or new infestations entering from an untreated external source.

Standard Returns

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Opened, used or damaged products are not eligible for standard return unless covered by the guarantee above.

How to Start a Return or Claim

1. Email us at info@pesttechcenter.com with your order number and reason for return or claim.
2. For guarantee claims, attach a clear photo of your bait placements so we can confirm correct use.
3. We will review your request within 2 working days and confirm the next steps.
4. For standard returns, we will provide a return address. Refunds are issued within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the unused item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel, skip or reschedule a subscription at any time through the link in your order confirmation email. Cancellations must be made before the next shipment is processed. Already processed subscription orders follow the standard returns policy above.
